Act I — The Bait
For over twenty years, I built a career inside the criminal justice and law enforcement system studying behavior, patterns, and the psychology of harm. But my hardest education happened outside the badge, surviving domestic violence and sexual abuse. Like most survivors, I couldn't yet see the bait; the patterns that kept pulling me back into cycles of harm.

Act II — The Awareness
Everything changed when I understood the psychology behind what I was attracting. Awareness became the turning point. I stopped being a victim of my story and became the leader of it.

Today that lived experience fuels my work as a TV and film producer, talk show host, author, and actress. I've written and directed films exploring trauma's lasting impact, produced a talk show built on stories of resilience, and founded the Survivorizer Network to amplify survivor voices worldwide.
